6. Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items over £25, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

- Shipment Window: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
- Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Our estimated delivery window is 1 to 3 business days all over the UK. Please note that processing and transit occur Monday through Friday; weekends and public holidays are excluded from the delivery timeframe.

11. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. Delivery charges do not apply to orders over £50.
